RETURN POLICY

Our policy for returning a product purchased through our website and obtaining a refund or requesting an exchange for another product requires that you clearly inform us of your intention to do so within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting our customer service at the email address smeralco@smeralco.it. The email must include a description of the return, detailed photographs of the product, and the invoice.

All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. The right to withdraw is excluded for personalized products (such as engraved items or custom-made products), which cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

When returning a product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend keeping proof of return via insured mail or another method that provides proof of delivery date. Shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. You must also insure the return of the product against theft and loss for the product's value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

You can return products by sending them directly to Smeralco L&P SRL, Via Tranquilo Cremona 5, Bologna (BO) 40137-Italia, along with a letter expressing your intention to withdraw from the contract. You must return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. This deadline is met if the product is shipped and delivered before the expiration of the 14 days.

In the case of an exchange of a product purchased on the website with another product, no shipping costs will be charged for sending the replacement product.

Our Return Policy does not intend to exclude or limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the law.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is formally posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the following email address: smeralco@smeralco.it.

Sale/Discounted items

Only full-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
